Wildscape Design Guide

Chickadee Pine Designs (CPD) has partnered with the City of Fort Collins’ Nature in the City and Xeriscape Incentive programs to research, co-author, and develop graphics for the Design Guide: An Introduction to Diversifying Urban Landscapes in Fort Collins.

We are super excited about this document which should come out this spring! Chapters include information, tips & tricks, plants lists for: Site Planning & Design, Pollinator Gardening, Dry Shade Gardening, Parkway Strip Gardens, Weed Management, lawn removal and low water turf.

In addition to this free document, the city and CPD, are developing 2 hour long public workshops to cover each chapter and allow attendees to get into the weeds, pun intended, and leave with plans in hand to create more sustainable landscapes in their backyards!
